When we hire a technican, they must complete a series of tests both on paper and hands-on with our General Service Manager and the General Business Manager.  Those tests help us to determine the level of automobile and tire experience they have at the time we hire them which allows us to place them in a position of their highest and best use. We also require they continue their education often by attending classes offered from Tire manufactures, Parts manfactures and Internet education.
